Monday Messages with Archangel Michael: Shifting from the Unexpected to the Expected!

Life has a funny way of teaching us lessons at exactly the right time. In this week’s Monday Message with Archangel Michael, I was reminded (in real time!) of the power of shifting perspective and allowing the unexpected to become the expected.

The Channeling

As I sat in meditation, Archangel Michael shared this wisdom with me:

“When we change our perspective, when we change our lens, it then allows the unexpected to be expected. We can then sit with what is currently happening, instead of what will occur.”

Such a beautiful reminder, right? To stop racing ahead, to stop worrying about what hasn’t happened yet, and to simply sit in what is.

But then—because Spirit always has a sense of humor—life demonstrated this teaching to me instantly.

Real Life Proof (Thanks to My Family 😉)

Just as Michael spoke these words, I was interrupted by real life. My son yelled, “Mommmmmyyy!” and my husband shouted, “Wifeyyyyy!” so I could come admire our son’s brand-new haircut.

When I closed my eyes again, Archangel Michael just smiled at me and said, “Case and point, my child.”

And I couldn’t help but laugh! In that moment, the unexpected became the expected. I was pulled from meditation into the sacred reality of my life—my family, my motherhood, my humanity. It was the lesson happening in real time.

The Takeaway: Perspective Is Everything

How often do we resist the interruptions, the detours, the things we didn’t see coming?

What if instead, we shifted our perspective and welcomed them as part of the journey?

Archangel Michael reminds us that the unexpected doesn’t have to throw us off. With a simple shift in perspective, we can:

  • Find peace in the present moment

  • Laugh at life’s timing instead of fighting it

  • Remember that every interruption can be a sacred nudge

  • Allow joy, gratitude, and even humor to guide us

Why This Matters

When we can expect the unexpected, life softens. We stop bracing for what might happen and open our hearts to what is happening. That’s where intuition flows. That’s where joy sneaks in. That’s where peace settles into our bones.

And in those moments, we remember that we’re never walking alone. Archangel Michael and the angels are always guiding us—sometimes with divine whispers, sometimes with real-life comedy.

Final Thoughts

This week, I invite you to notice where life is asking you to shift your perspective. When the unexpected pops up, pause and ask yourself:

👉 What if this is happening for me, not against me?👉 What if this interruption is sacred?

Because just like me—being pulled from meditation to admire a fresh haircut—you might find that the unexpected is actually the divine, showing up in disguise.

Monday Messages with Archangel Michael is my way of moving the message to the masses—sharing intuitive wisdom, real-life stories, and soulful shifts that bring us closer to joy, gratitude, and peace.
