Prime for the Climb!

I have been recently on a path of pushing my physical limit if you will. 

 

As I come into my later years, the priority of body movement, exercise, and maintaining muscle mass is at the forefront. 

 

This is where I realized I have to prime for the climb! That's right, I can't just jump into it without creating checkpoints with myself to know I'm ok.

 

I share this with you because I realized we also have to do this for our mental and emotional health. So, when the doo-doo hits the fan, we are prepared with the capacity to clean it up and move forth.


This is why taking action leads to self-awareness. The more we do with the intention to do be better, the more we succeed.
