✨ What Is Intuition, Really?

Let’s clear something up right out of the gate…

Intuition is not some magical gift that only a handful of people woke up with one random Tuesday morning like,“✨ Surprise! You’re psychic now! ✨”

Yeah… no. 😅


Intuition is something we all have access to.

Not some of us. Not the “lucky” ones. All of us.

And if you’ve ever second-guessed yourself, questioned your gut, or wondered if you’re “doing it right”… you’re exactly where you need to be.


💛 My Story (The Real, Not-So-Perfect Version)

There is a lot of noise out there when it comes to intuition.

So let’s make it real-life friendly:

Intuition IS:

• A quiet inner knowing

• A grounded “yes” or “no”

• A feeling in your body before your brain jumps in

Intuition is NOT:

• Fear yelling at you

• Overthinking disguised as logic

• Pressure, urgency, or panic

If it feels tight, rushed, or loud…That’s not your intuition, friend.


🚢 How You Actually Build Intuition

This is where most people get tripped up.

They think intuition is something you either have… or you don’t.

But truthfully?

You build it.

Through:

• Small daily choices

• Pausing before reacting

• Trusting yourself in low-stakes moments

• Letting go of perfection

And most importantly…

✨ Dropping the judgment of yourself ✨

Because you cannot build self-trust while constantly tearing yourself down.
