When Life Looks Like a Pile of Dishes: How the Mess Can Actually Be the Message

Let Me Tell You a Little Story…
Yesterday, I deep-cleaned my entire house. I mean floors mopped, toys sorted, dishes done, and laundry folded like I was auditioning for a home makeover show.
Today?
It looks like I did absolutely nothing. Buckets are dumped. Dishes have staged a full-blown rebellion. The laundry basket is overflowing with vengeance.
Sound familiar?
This isn’t just about chores. It’s about the cycles of life. The way things pile up, spill over, and demand our energy again and again. Not because we’re doing it wrong, but because this is what being human looks like.
Life Moves. So Does the Mess.
Whether it’s literal laundry or emotional clutter, we all have our version of things feeling undone. And yet, we still shame ourselves for not being "caught up."
Here’s the truth: Life is not a tidy checklist. It's not a final destination. It’s more like a rotating to-do list mixed with unexpected plot twists and the occasional glitter explosion.
The mess isn’t a sign you’ve failed. It’s a reminder that you’re living, evolving, and in motion.
Healing Isn’t Linear. It’s Layered.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as an Intuitive Nurse Life Coach is that healing doesn’t happen all at once. It doesn’t follow a perfect schedule. It comes in waves. In breakdowns before breakthroughs. In quiet moments when you finally admit: *"I'm tired."
We often confuse clarity with rigidity. We think we have to pick a path and stick to it no matter what. But sometimes, what you really need isn’t a dramatic overhaul.
You just need a fresh towel. And someone to sit with you in the mess.
This Is Where I Come In…
I help high-achieving, heart-led humans just like you:
Reconnect with your intuition (yes, it’s still in there)
Quiet the noise and listen to your inner knowing
Create space for real healing that fits your life (mess and all)
Take your next action step—without pressure, just presence

You don’t have to do this alone. The mess doesn’t scare me. Actually, I think it’s kind of sacred.
So go ahead. Sit in the pile of toys, look at the dishes, roll your eyes at the laundry. And then take one brave breath and reach out.
You’ve still got ingredients. And yes—there’s always frosting.
