Hey… Remember You? | Reintroducing Yourself to What Actually Matters

Hi you.

Yes. You.

Not mom. Not wife. Not sister. Not daughter. Not life coach. Not the responsible one. Not the strong one. Not the one who keeps it all moving.

You.

When was the last time you re-introduced yourself to what actually matters to you?

Not the grocery list. Not the group chat. Not the 47 tabs open in your brain.

But the quiet, steady, still-you underneath all the roles.

When Life Gets Loud, We Get Lost

If you’re anything like me, you can get lost in the sauce of day-to-day life sometimes. 🍝

Like… fully marinated.

You wake up handling responsibilities, solving problems, answering messages, managing logistics — and somewhere in the middle of it all, you disappear.

One day you look up and think:

“Ma’am… where did you go?”

And here’s the truth:

You are not just the roles you play.

You are not just the version everyone else needs.

You are a whole, breathing, evolving human with desires, preferences, edges, softness, dreams… and a voice that deserves to be heard — especially by you.

The Power of Reintroducing Yourself

Re-introducing yourself to what matters is almost like two old friends catching up.

“Oh hey… I forgot how much I love writing.”

“Oh wow… I actually miss moving my body for fun.”

“Dang… I used to laugh more.”

It doesn’t require a life overhaul.

It requires awareness.

It requires slowing down long enough to notice what’s been buried under expectation and responsibility.

As an intuitive life coach, I see this all the time. High-achieving, capable women who are incredible at holding everything together — but quietly disconnected from themselves.

Not because they don’t care.

But because they forgot to check back in.

What Are You Un-Stuffing Today?

So let me ask you gently:

What are you un-stuffing?

What expectation?

What pressure?

What “should”?

What layer can you peel back so you can breathe a little deeper in your own life?

Personal growth doesn’t always look like adding more.

Sometimes it looks like removing what was never yours to carry.

You Matter — Not Just What You Do

If you need help remembering who you are underneath it all, I’ve got you.

There’s a whole collection of reflection prompts, soul nudges, and resources waiting for you. A butt load, honestly. (Yes, I said butt load. 😂)

This blog? It’s meant to feel like sitting down with a warm cup of something and having a heart-to-heart.

Wander a little.

See what speaks to you.

And then come back and tell me — what did you remember?

Because you matter.

Not just what you do.

You. 🤍
